Brief Summary: This study aims to compare the efficacy of LNG - IUD (Levonorgestrel releasing intrauterine device) Versus Low dose COCs (combined oral contraceptive pills) on management of heavy menstrual bleeding and Dysmenorrhea caused by Adenomyosis.
